Identifying and establishing new business opportunities and maintaining long-term relations with clients to achieve Sales Target as well Present company products in an effective manner.
Prospecting New Projects Sites
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products
Organizing sales visits (Contractors, designers, architectures .......etc)
Planning presentation appointments with prospective clients.
Makes a presentation to customers and explains features, advantages, and benefits of buying our products.
Conducting presentations & demonstrations at the customer site as well as a company's premises
Preparing proposals and required quotations.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Providing after-sales support by Ensuring excellent feedback efficiency to customer queries
Direct the overall sales operations in assigned area of responsibility
Closely managing and monitoring the progress in sales targets achievement
Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;

Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English

Computer Skills: Very good user of Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant.
At least 3 years of experience in sales preferred in building material products.
Demonstrated and presentation skills are excellent
Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities.
Ability to communicate professionally in written responses.
Have a car is a must
