Job Description
- Follow up on Air & sea shipments deliveries to ensure that goods are shipped in the most timely & effective manner
- Negotiate on freight cost with shipping lines & freight forwarding to get the lowest cost with the highest quality
- Communicate with local banks to make overseas transfers & handle full documents with the bank to get form 4
- Communicate & follow-up with suppliers to ship our orders to meet our stores stock requirements on time.
- Prepare & handle all shipping documents (BL, COO, PL & invoices ) within the agreed time frame
- Communication with clearance agents to clear goods from ports
- Arrange with relevant departments supplier’s payment on a timely basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English commerce/logistics field or any related field
- Good knowledge & experience in custom clearance
- Good knowledge of Import regulations
- Ability to negotiate & communicate at all levels
