Job Description
We are looking to hire an F&B manager. Mainly to develop and supervise the outlets of Monte Cairo.
We have three banquets of different sizes, a restaurant and a lobby bar.
We expect the candidate to do the following:
- Executes marketing, sales and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the hotel's business plan and market share with the coordination of Marketing and Sales department.
- Create packages and menus which leads to an increase in covers and revenues in banquet department.
- Supervise and support to create and implement an F&B training system which ensure all staff receive proper training needed for their Job.
- Execute all banqueting functions to utmost customer satisfaction resulting in client retention.
- Supervise, support and handle all vendors and suppliers for any event.
- Forecast annual operating budget for the F&B department and develop revenue maximizing strategies to control cost and meet financial targets.
