Job Description
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
- Ensure the compliance with IFRS, IAS and tax regulations, and establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles;
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information;
- Coordinate, complete and ensure a clean and timely year end audit;
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation;
- Maintain, implement and develop of a comprehensive manual of accounting SOPs to enhance the workflow of the department and ensure high class accounting system;
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed;
- Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Accounting
- CPA / CA / ACCA
- Proven work experience in multi organizations accounting system
- 10+ years of overall combined audit and accounting experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Constructive knowledge of IFRS and IAS
- Strong analytical and managerial skills
- High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and details & results-orientation
- Promoting process improvement
- Excellent knowledge in MS office (Specially in Excel)
- Fluent in English (Bilingual preferred)
