- We need Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving all inquires and complaints from customers through:
- ( WhatsApp - Live chat - Social Media -E-mail- shipping companies).
- He must be have rapid in his answers and respectable with customers which suitable with our policy and give a good reputation for our company.
- Implementation of instructions, particular policies which related to customer service through online store.
- Send daily reports contains customers suggestions and needs.
- Implementation of any tasks receiving from direct manager which relevant of job.
Job Requirements
- Have 2 years Experience (at least)
- Have experience in (Call center/ Information Technology / Digital Marketing)
- Bachelor of Press and Media or Marketing, Sales, or any relevant degree related with this job.
- Rotational Shifts as Business need.
- Very Good in English.
