Job Description
- Reviews manpower plans, anticipates turnover and new store openings and agrees headcount necessary figures with respective business partners
- Seeks applicants and builds talent pipeline in respective area
- Performs interviews, selection tests and assessments to hire the best available candidates, making sure that we have at least 2 ready now candidates for any vacant position
- Ensures that the central talent acquisition seeks candidates and support in building awareness and employer branding activities.
- Assess talent on the ground, ensures visibility of existing employees and have an eye on potential
- Makes sure to keep a talent watch list and ensure appropriate employees are promoted, follows up on development plans and activities
- Pro-actively anticipates movements of employees to the best of the business and replace with higher talent
- Identifies areas for headcount efficiency and reduction, ensuring best utilization of existing human resources
- Participate in the company wide talent management and ensure employees are considered for cross movement and promotion
- Provide coaching to DOMs/Line managers on people management and talent development topics, act as personal consultants to Heads of department
- Provide coaching and development initiatives to employees in their span of control
- Perform basic classroom trainings on HR Initiatives, projects, and values refreshers. ensure all HR and competency related developments are seamlessly communicated to employees
- Monitors the Training plan for their population and ensures that its adhered to.
- Utilize back office HR functions for legal control (employee hiring documents, original paperwork, legal documents … etc)
- Provide back office Payroll function with relevant payroll changes to run payroll, including time sheets, overtime records, incentives, absence … etc
- Work in cooperation with employees shared services function to ensure all government related audits are attended to and managed to the best results
- Ensures that all HR processes are done in a compliant manner to respective
