- Visa Information Adviser main role is to provide information about travel Visa status to clients calling from different countries.
Job Requirements
- University graduate/undergraduate
- Very Good command of English and one or more of the following languages: Bulgarian, Georgian, Lithuanian, Moldovan, Polish, Romanian, and Ukrainian
- Mastering more languages is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Good command of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ready to join shortly
