Job Description

  • Handle the daily HR operations.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures and maintain the quality and integrity of the HR data.
  • Manage PMP, Compensation and Benefits and HRIS.
  • Ensure that our company has the necessary policies to support our strategic and financial goals.
  • Establish and drive effective benefits, rewards and recognition strategies which facilitate and maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Prepare required business reports using HRIS.
  • Assist in other HR functions (Recruitment , Personnel and Payroll, OD) to ensure that all HR activities meet the company's dynamically changing requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human resources management or business administration.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Solid experience in Com & Ben and HRIS is a Must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
