Job Description
- Handle the daily HR operations.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures and maintain the quality and integrity of the HR data.
- Manage PMP, Compensation and Benefits and HRIS.
- Ensure that our company has the necessary policies to support our strategic and financial goals.
- Establish and drive effective benefits, rewards and recognition strategies which facilitate and maintain a high-performance culture.
- Prepare required business reports using HRIS.
- Assist in other HR functions (Recruitment , Personnel and Payroll, OD) to ensure that all HR activities meet the company's dynamically changing requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources management or business administration.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Solid experience in Com & Ben and HRIS is a Must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent level of written and spoken English.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
