Job Description
- Manage all operational aspects of the clinic (Finance, HR, Administration, IT, Patient Care)
- Manage all recruitment activities (Therapists and Operational staff) + conduct last interview for operational staff
- Approve annual leaves for the team
- Oversee the implementation of individual development activities for the clinic staff
- Manage the process of annual planning and budgeting
- Responsible for all clinic announcements
- Manage the clinic in the absence of the Clinic Director
- Take on the role of Patient Care
- Measure and analyse clinic metrics on a quarterly basis (cancellation rate, no show rate, No. of return patients, No. of visits/patient, treatment duration)
