Job Description
- Maintain par levels of stock; complete requisition for additional supplies as appropriate.
- Maintain and research pricing for all purchased goods.
- Maintain all records needed for accounting.
- Maintain all specifications and update them in conjunction with the chefs on a constant basis.
- Ensure that all goods required to run the operation department are available when necessary.
- Administer all credit letters and process same to ensure smooth transactions for all overseas goods and maintain the accuracy of all financial information.
- Maintain knowledge on all rules and regulations of import processes and ensure efficient transmission of all import goods.
- Prepare and complete all purchase orders and ensure the accuracy of all files and maintain records for same on account payable system and track all products.
- Process all orders and ensure compliance with all customs laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Possesses strong negotiation skills
- Has good verbal communications skills
- Is timely in following up on contracts and checking on back ordered items
- Experience 3 to 5 years.
- Suitable bachelor degree.
- Very good English.
