About the Job
- Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center.
- Handle customer complaints or support issues.
- Enter customer data on the system
- Answer and screen any incoming phone calls from our customers while providing basic information when needed.
- Make outbound calls to our customers
- Update the sales manager with the service level incoming complaints. Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.
- Handling inquiries completely and accurately
- Handle and solve all inquiries, requests and complaints received via all channels available (phone, fax, e-mail and …etc.)
- Respect and apply company vision, mission and values.
- Use available methods and tools to develop own skills.
Working Conditions:
- 8 hours rotational
- 1 day off
- Work location: EL Mohandseen

- Fresh Graduated Most welcome
- Experience 0-1 year
- Very good English both spoken and written
- Maximum Age 25 years old
