Job Description
- Research & Development.
- Innovation of new ideas.
- Making Product designs and process development for all Simplex products and new.
- Making full workshop drawings of all Simplex products.
- Capability of modify or develop to meet Simplex machine capability.
- Preparing the BOM and routing sheets of all our new products.
- Making & Design samples for Simplex new products.
- Reverse engineering of new products and machine spare parts.
- Checking the availability of manufacturing.
- Continuous development of product design and its manufacturing processes
- Supporting Production, Quality ,Marketing and Sales departments.
Job Requirements
- Must be excellent in Solid works
- Mechanical engineering experience in the design, development, and fielding of complex Electro-mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of fundamental mechanical engineering principles in all areas, and ability to apply principles flexibly in unfamiliar situations.
- Familiarity with various manufacturing methods (e.g., molding, welding, soldering, adhesives, machining, stamping, and forming.)
- Creativity and innovation persistence and drive to solve challenging problems and overcome obstacles.
- Microsoft Office especially : Word & Excel.
