Job Description
Expert consultants help clients’ organizations to solve issues, create value, maximize growth and improve performance. The expert consultant is a category-specific job.
Every expert consultant could be specialized in specific management systems up to three categories maximum i.e. QHSE, FSMS, SSM, etc. The expert consultant is the frontline member of the organization who works with clients in their technical assignments; discussing their needs, requirements and expectations.
He proposes a project plan and a methodology to be followed in every assignment. He directly walk through the clients’ projects till completion. Expert consultants can’t manage more than THREE overlapping projects at the same time.
- Designing and conducting research, surveys and interviews to gain understanding of the client’s business environment and requirements
- Detecting clients’ issues, problems and investigating ways to resolve it
- Analyzing assignment projects and planning the implementation project
- Making assignment recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
- Compiling and presenting assignment information orally, visually and in writing when needed
- Implementing agreed project strategies, methodologies and techniques
- Adherence to agreed project time schedule
- Liaising with the clients to keep them informed of the progress and to make relevant decisions
- Running focus groups and facilitating workshops or trainings when needed
- Stay updated to current business trends and management systems amendments
