Offer a high quality customer service and work to improve it continuously.
Work to increase the user’s engagement to increase the offline sales.
Work according the company and client standards.
Manage e-mail marketing programs, lists, imports, and permissions.
Create and publish digital content according to the editing calendars.
Ensure digital design is optimized for branding, impact, SEO, web development, etc.
Identify opportunities for applying new technologies and digital services.
Responsible for the company applications.
Work with Marketing, Sales, Designers and Content teams to optimize customer experience.
Measuring ROI and KPIs and reporting performance.
Content Management (SEO Content -Content Plan -G Analytics)
Manage Google and social media ads.
Any other tasks need.

Related experience: 3 to 5 years in the same position (Experience in digital marketing, digital analytics tools knowledge & SEO)
Medical Background preferred.
Nasr City Residence preferred.
