Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Determine and specify the districts for the team.
- Have the capability to build up a sales team.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Review sales representatives’ schedules.
- Manage Area Sales managers
- Work with sales team when closing sales.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Target Achievement follow up.
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
- Supervise sales operations of sales team.
- Implement strategies to sell products.
- Build new customer base to maximize sales.
- Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
- Gathers, analyzes and delivers information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropriated to the Quality and Safety Testing market.
Job Requirements
- Preferred having experience in selling medical equipment.
