Job Description
- Responsible for providing support and coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management process
- Provides measurement standards, targets and KPI's to the management team with respect to the performance management process, including both informal performance and annual formal performance appraisals
- Reviews, monitors and analyzes performance results system wide and reports them accordingly
- Works closely with the Training department to identify training needs and areas for improvement
- Support performance management system Strategy and design.
- Assist in the development of policies, guidelines, and tools to support managers throughout the performance management process.
- Review and improve existing performance management systems and staff motivation/development plans
- Develop and conduct training to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised
Job Requirements
- Should have 3 to 5 years of experience in the same role.
- Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
- Experience in performance Management systems and programs.
- Excellent knowledge in human resources processes and guidelines.
- Strong Analytical skills and communication skills.
- Excellent reasoning abilities
