Job Description

The Talent Acquisition & Admin Specialist role is to support the organization management in the development, implementation of the recruitment strategy to attract the best fit calibers and in the completion of the day-to-day administration of the recruitment process in order to meet the recruitment time plans for all departments and projects in a timely manner; and in compliance to the Amideast standards and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participate in formulating the yearly HR manpower & hiring plan with all departments and projects.
  • Conduct the needed research to select the best talent sources, recruitment portals, and headhunting to provide the best fit on time for Amideast Egypt offices.
  • Handle the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, filtering and interviewing applicants for full time and part time position in Amideast Egypt offices and negotiate offers based on internal compensation scheme in alignment with the HR Manager
  • Respond to ad-hoc recruitment requests in a timely manner
  • Communicate properly with candidates to promote the Amideast image and ensure fairness and their satisfaction
  • Develop an induction schedule and welcome announcement for new hires
  • Coordinate with all departments and candidates to ensure smooth on boarding process
  • Update HR management with latest sourcing and recruitment trends for employer branding.
  • Monitor turn over and provide a monthly analysis report
  • Proceed with recruitment cycle procedures including placement tests, fed checks, reference checks and making sure that the approved candidates documentations are in compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law regulations;
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of the HR yearly business plan and objectives
  • Ensure prompt interview feedback to both approved and rejected applicants
  • Attend employment fairs and conduct short interviews for applicants
  • Administer the summer internship program including conduction of interviews and handling all pertaining administrative procedures.
  • Keep up all hiring documentation up to date for full time & Independent Consultants on the HR shared drive for easy over viewing and tracking process
  • Conduct a monthly recruitment tracking & status report.
  • Assist in developing and updating current and new position descriptions with departments/projects
  • Keep applicant’s active Database in a structured soft documentation system for efficient reference.
  • Update new hires recruitment cycle on the HRIS
  • Assist in the implementation of the staff yearly training plan
  • Assist in the timely preparation of contracts/renewal of contracts for the full time, part time, service providers, instructor, trainers, consultants and interns to maintain the legal presence of AMIDEAST contractors;
  • Assist in handling staff engagement and organization development surveys
  • Assist in updating HR policies especially talent acquisition and talent management policies in light of the latest market trends
  • Assist in the tracking of the due dates of signed contracts, end of probation periods, and performance appraisals
  • Assist in the termination process by making an exit interview
  • Pursue any other activities within the job scope assigned by his direct supervisor or organization management.

Qualifications:


Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in training & development Sector
  • University degree preferably in business administration
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance Law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excel reporting

Preferred:

  • Postgraduate studies, i.e. HR diploma, MBA etc
  • Toeic Score with a minimum of 650
