Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Acting as the first point of contact for the information technology department.
- Providing fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems / Hardware.
- Answering queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
- Providing help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Monitoring and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT help-desk
- Installing, testing and configure new workstations, equipment and software
- Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and equivalent.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English Language.
- Excellent Information Technology Skills (Installing Hardware / Software, Troubleshoot).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as Help- Desk in Schools
