Job Description
Your role will include:
- Daily liaison with directors and department managers, completing tasks as directed
- Production of spreadsheets, documents, and reports as required
- Liaison with government/customs officials and external suppliers
- Overseeing and holding all legal contracts (including ensuring timely renewals)
- Overseeing and holding accountancy spreadsheets
- Office management
- Recruitment
- Management of several external buildings (including maintenance, safety, and rents)
- Management of several shops and a farm (some agricultural knowledge is desirable, but not essential; knowledge of leases and retail is desirable)
- Maintaining clear and accurate records and filing systems in relation to all aspects of the business
- Conducting research and providing feedback in relation to all aspects of the business
- Keen interest in and awareness of all elements of the business
- Occasional assistance within business trade shows and conventions, as well as scheduling training and seminars for employees
