Job Description

  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare documents such as presentations, contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
  • Accompany buyers during their visits and inspections of any property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
  • Ensuring a fair and honest deal closing in primary & resale fields, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have been recently sold to determine its competitive market price.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is a MUST.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate sales person.
  • Solid English and presentation skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of sales generated.
  • High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, flexible and a team player.
  • Energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Initiator and able to focus on opportunities and solutions.
  • Must own a car.
