Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Prepare documents such as presentations, contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
Accompany buyers during their visits and inspections of any property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
Ensuring a fair and honest deal closing in primary & resale fields, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
Achieving sales targets.
Compare a property with similar properties that have been recently sold to determine its competitive market price.

Bachelor's degree is a MUST.
Minimum 1 year of proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate sales person.
Solid English and presentation skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft office.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
A proven track record of sales generated.
High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, flexible and a team player.
Energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Initiator and able to focus on opportunities and solutions.
Must own a car.
