Job Description
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare documents such as presentations, contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
- Accompany buyers during their visits and inspections of any property, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are visiting.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
- Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
- Ensuring a fair and honest deal closing in primary & resale fields, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have been recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a MUST.
- Minimum 1 year of proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate sales person.
- Solid English and presentation skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft office.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- A proven track record of sales generated.
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident, flexible and a team player.
- Energetic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Initiator and able to focus on opportunities and solutions.
- Must own a car.
