For Nozha Language Schools Cairo Ismailia branch We are looking to hire
Recruitment specialist
Main tasks:
- Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including: creating advertisements, post open positions on internet sites, thoroughly review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, participate in new hire benefits orientation
- Recruitment outreach reports and statistics.
- Explores recruitment resources (i.e., internet recruiting) and job fairs.
- Opening new sources to en rich the database in different positions and locations.
- Review all the recruitment cycle to make sure that all steps were taken in recruitment operation
Job Requirements
- From 1-2 years of experience at recruitment agencies is a must
- HR Diploma is a preferable.
- Very good command of English language
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong MS Office Skills
