FOREX Institutional Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting clients to client retention.
• Identify potential clients and prepare a target list of clients.
• Conduct cold calling as required.
• Close deals with clients and take charge in on-boarding of new clients.
• Actively search for new market opportunities.
• Represent the company in meeting the clients and introducing the company’s services.
• Prepare and update presentations required in meeting the clients.
• Contact and validate leads.
• Prepare, monitor and present sales reports to the company.
• Utilize CRM to monitor customer engagement and to update all sales activities.
• Ensures that customer problems and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Provide an excellent post sale support to clients.
• Research and monitor activities and products in the market and of competitors.
