Assist People Manager in the following tasks :
- Delivering full life-cycle recruiting(source, screening and prepare candidates for interviews)
- Job description writing
- Optimize office conditions and maintain a healthy and innovative work environment
- Suggest and supervision of employee retention activities, such as knowledge transfer sessions, team outing, etc
- Maintain the pool of resumes for future staffing
- Onboard new hires
- Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
