Assist People Manager in the following tasks :

  • Delivering full life-cycle recruiting(source, screening and prepare candidates for interviews)
  • Job description writing
  • Optimize office conditions and maintain a healthy and innovative work environment
  • Suggest and supervision of employee retention activities, such as knowledge transfer sessions, team outing, etc
  • Maintain the pool of resumes for future staffing
  • Onboard new hires
  • Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs

Job Requirements

  • Very Good written and spoken English skills
  • Basic knowledge about various IT related subjects and technologies
  • Perfect Interpersonal skills
