Job Description

Job Summary:

Create brand positioning platforms and ensure its consistency and performance by developing and managing product, brand, campaigns and effective communication plans

Responsibilities:

  • Create a product, marketing, brand and seasons campaign plans.
  • Plan for new product development from concept to launch
  • Handle all execution with agencies regarding advertising, digital & social media, activation...etc., on time in full (OTIF).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all mediums
  • Cooperate with the sales division regarding joint projects/objectives to increase sales revenue and make sure everything is in line with our brand image.
  • Create strategic alignments/agreements with key players in the market.
  • Maintain a marketing intelligence system.
  • Maintain ongoing marketing and consumer research.
  • Participates in the Development and management of marketing operating budgets.
  • Recommend improvement of product packaging.

Job Requirements

  • Marketing or any relevant university degree
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in brand management within an FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of principles and processes of customer services
  • Knowledge of media production and communication techniques
  • High critical thinking skills
  • High analytical skills
