Job Description
- Maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
- Screening CVs in databank, website, received as a result of publishing advertisement or website search etc..
- Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities
- Handles and resolves employees’ issues.
- Responsible for all administrative Tasks.
- Observe and evaluate the internal and external environment to improve HR policies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and overall business performance, partnering with HR operations colleagues as appropriate.
- Responsible for Payroll for Company.
- Responsible for (Medical Insurance – Social Insurance with labor low office).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Knowledge of Egypt Labor law and Private medical insurance will be plus.
- 2-3 Years’ experience
- Must work on attendance systems.
- Excellent English language
