Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support to users for all computer hardware and software related problems, questions and requests
- Perform incident investigation and diagnosis
- Resolve assigned service calls
- Provide user capability support for all standard applications
- Own process for new users including equipment order and configuration as well as user induction
- Assist in assigned tasks as required
- Execute assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Asset Management ; Responsible of maintaining accurate inventory for hardware consumables & hardware accessories
- Responsible of maintenance of faulty user equipment
- Responsible of printers maintenance & troubleshooting
- Makes recommendations on order levels in a timely manner
- Performs user testing on all hardware equipment prior to user delivery
- Provides IT support of the company ERP system
- Responsible for managing and keeping data backups and reviewing system permissions

- Knowledge, Languages Skills and Attributes
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
- Customer-Service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
- Friendly presence and helpful attitude
- Creativity.
- Ability to think around problems and come up with creative solutions is helpful.
