Job Description
- Supports Sales Team in supporting clients’ enquiries of services
- Receive clients’ services complaints and direct the problem to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate with the sales admin & the finance department on clients’ payment dues, outstanding, collections & legal actions.
- Follow up on clients’ payment dues & collections.
- Work on closing open clients’ financial dues & legal status (thru executing collection & taking legal actions).
- Follow up on clients’ service solutions and provide feedback to clients with the proposed and appropriate solutions.
- Document complaints and create a client database after identifying the details of complaints.
- Record and archive complaints electronically.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce or any relevant field
- of 3 to 5 years experience in the CRM of the real estate or facility management Companies.
- Female only
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
- Great Organizational skills and ability to multi task
- Outstanding Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member
- Updated CV’s with a recent photo is a must.
