Job Description
- Receives all agencies and city ledger in invoice from branches & posts the data into the computer.
- Follow up regularly on the city ledger accounts.
- Checks all invoices in view of the agency's contracts vouchers.
- Sends proforma invoices together with the vouchers to the agencies after controller approval.
- Ensure the booking of agency manual cards and the filling of the official invoice.
- Follows up on guest deposits and transfers to account system.
- Prepare summary of all received credit card slip and transfer them to company bank account.
- Prepare a list of unpaid invoices a)manual b)computer
- Prepare daily quick information about revenues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 2+ Years progressively responsible experience in a similar position & operation.
