Job Description

  • Receives all agencies and city ledger in invoice from branches & posts the data into the computer.
  • Follow up regularly on the city ledger accounts.
  • Checks all invoices in view of the agency's contracts vouchers.
  • Sends proforma invoices together with the vouchers to the agencies after controller approval.
  • Ensure the booking of agency manual cards and the filling of the official invoice.
  • Follows up on guest deposits and transfers to account system.
  • Prepare summary of all received credit card slip and transfer them to company bank account.
  • Prepare a list of unpaid invoices a)manual b)computer
  • Prepare daily quick information about revenues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • 2+ Years progressively responsible experience in a similar position & operation.
