Job Description

General Overview:

The Product Manager is responsible for all the business activities related to the product selection and management in addition to training the sales team on all the required skills to perform excellent sales and customer service.

Main Job Responsibilities:

Product Management:

  • Plan the product management of each business line including selection, pricing, launching, and discontinuation considering the company’s and brand’s guideline.
  • Ensure smooth and timely launching for all the new products.
  • Monitor and analyze the sales performance of every product and category and share recommendations to enhance it.
  • Manage and participate in product development projects within the division.
  • Study the competitors’ products.

Content Management:

  • Develop and update complete and accurate content for all the products which can be used for marketing and training.
  • Develop and update complete and accurate content for the required selling skills and customer service which can help the sales teams to perform the sales activities.
  • Develop and update operational training material to help the sales teams to run the operations smoothly.

Training Management:

  • Ensure that all the current and new employees in the sales team get the required periodic training to perform their tasks.
  • Ensure that all the employees in the sales team have access to all the training material and can reach the training team easily for any inquiries.
  • Ensure that all the employees the Product Management and Training Department are well-trained and able to perform their tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Gender: Female
  • At least 5 yrs Experience in Cosmetics
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, Interpersonal Communication, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Planning Skills, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Decision Making
  • Knowledge of learning and development of best practices
  • A proven track record of training program development and management
