Job Description
- Direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs.
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Job Requirements
- BSc degree in business or relating fields.
- Experience managing and leading sales teams.
- Experience in creating marketing campaign, marketing strategies, and marketing plan.
- Preference for expertise in the field of marketing and sales of construction and architecture finishing materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
