Job Description
Human Resources Manager at one of EKH Subsidiaries:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with corporate HR strategy to maximize the potential of the company's human capital and ensure that all legislative requirements are met.
- Implement and maintain compensation and benefits policies and practices that ensure that employees are fairly and competitively remunerated in line with their contribution and that the company is able to attract and retain high caliber employees.
- Implement recruitment policies and procedures that enable the recruitment of high caliber employees into the business that will enable the company to meet its objectives.
- Develop and ensure the implementation of corporate training and development strategies and plans that will ensure that employees across the business have the necessary technical and behavioral skills to perform to the required standards, both now and in the future.
- Ensure implementation of the performance management, training, and career development plans in line with the company's values and objectives to ensure all employees receive suitable training, regular feedback and coaching to enhance their performance.
- Develop staff in line with succession plans ensuring that future plans are met by highly qualified, committed and motivated staff.
