Job Description
- The Assistant Kitchen Manager will work with the Kitchen Manager to achieve objectives,
- Ensuring that products are prepared as per the standards of Zuhour Group while keeping an emphasis on hygiene.
- As well as the day-to-day responsibilities
- Assistant Kitchen Manager may also be required to deputize for the Kitchen Manager during periods of leave
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in hotel management or culinary school certificate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a large and fast pace kitchen
- Excellent knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Sanitation, and Personal Hygiene basics
- PIC Certificate Level 3 / HACCP
- Good English and Arabic languages skills
- Good computer skills
