Job Description
- The Assistant Restaurant Manager will work with the Restaurant Manager to achieve objectives,
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service are provided by staff and that they have the skills .
- Support required maximizing sales.
- Manage the day-to-day responsibilities .
- The Assistant Restaurant Manager may also be required to deputize for the Restaurant Manager during periods of leave.
Job Requirements
- BA degree in Business Administration, or a TS degree in Hotel Management
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar positions in a high‐volume, fast‐paced restaurant
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Windows applications
