Job Description

  • The mission of the People team is to simplify and improve the lives of our people by providing a reliable support service, strategies, insights and solutions to People related topics.
  • Our People Business Partner is accountable and responsible for driving the people/HR agenda in the region.
  • You will be guiding local teams and providing sound advice and guidance to solve daily people/HR related matters.
  • Our People Business Partner will be responsible for leading the local People Team colleagues and championing our global and regional processes through the local region, ensuring any topics are managed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s people needs and meet competitive goals and expectations
  • Lead the development and implementation of objectives and initiatives, locally, to offer best in class HR Service delivery that is aligned with Group strategy
  • Establish and drive effective performance management, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high-performance culture
  • Drive organisational change, people development, career development and compensation processes to support the attraction and retention of key staff
  • Continuously partner with the business stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the people needs and meet competitive goals and expectations
  • Effectively partner with Senior Management team members and other Group stakeholders to design, refine and implement innovative people strategies/solutions
  • Develop and implement people engagement strategies based on the insights derived from engagement surveys and drives
  • Ensure compliance with local Labour Laws and other regulations and managing sensitive/highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Build and develop a motivated local People team; setting and driving the objectives and outcomes of team members and providing coaching and guidance where necessary
  • Act as an ambassador for our organisation’s values; leading the culture and organisational transformation - applying effective change management strategies where required
  • Self-lead learning; keeping abreast of international best practice at all times and ensuring for consistency to group policy, wherever local labour law doesn't supersede
  • Continuously seek to identify insights, and other factors may impact the business, identify solutions and improve/automate current practices to ensure continual improvement.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle across a variety of topics within the region, helping management attract and retain quality talent
  • Work closely with payroll and other departments, exercising the utmost discretion while working with highly confidential information

Job Requirements

  • They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; You will be an exception HR professional with a broad and holistic knowledge across all areas of HR.

Other qualifications include:
  • 4-5 years’ experience in human resources
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a client-centric approach to solution-selling
  • Ability to influence and persuasively articulate a value proposition
  • A proven track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and execution
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide meaningful reporting and narrative on market insights
  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems and local Labor Law
