Job Description
- Lead solution analysis, definition, and acceptance in application development (including technology possibilities and limitations)
- Gather, interpret, and translate customer needs into functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Translate business problems into requirements that facilitate application development
- Convince and present proposals to the project sponsors
- Assist the programmers and developers through designing, coding, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting client initiatives
- Understand system behavior, inputs, and outputs as they relate to business functions
- Analyse and assess data usage and product performance for maintenance prioritization and compliance with service level agreements
- Lead launch plans and servicing requirements.
- Examine and compare current systems and business models
- Confirm that the new releases function as intended and there is no negative impact to existing functionality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Engineering, ..
- 2-4 years of of relevant experience as an IT Analyst role.
- Excellent customer service, communication, writing and collaboration skills, must be detail oriented with strong analytical skills & presentation skills.
- Keep up to date with technical and industry developments
- Cairo resident are preferable.
