Job Description
- Closing the sales process of OUD's projects by sending and receiving telephone calls and receiving customers inside or outside the company to meet their needs.
Basic duties:
- Understanding the customer needs and help them meet these needs.
- Reaching the Potential buyers.
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone transferred from Call Center.
- Interviewing new clients.
- Selling residential units of the company's projects.
- Holding showing and tours to introduce the company's projects to clients. Helping clients with any inquiries regarding their current units.
- Connecting clients to customer service or collection.
- Delivering the new contracts to the clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Previous experience in real estate sales
- Elegance and good appearance
- Excellent negotiation skills
