Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer, you will be a part of the Robotics and Motion Division and Division Function Service Business Unit based in Cairo, Egypt. You will be responsible to ensure the projects and service portfolio is delivered according to ABB standard process and guidelines to satisfy the customers.

Tasks:

Your main responsibilities in this role will include:

• You will be a part of the global professional team and responsible for the robotics projects and technical support to customers
• Executing the robotics projects and technical support, act as specialist and solve problem in own expertise area.
• Proactively communicating to both customer and ABB management to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunity utilized for growth of robotics.
• Executing the projects and technical support, act as specialist and solve problem in own expertise area via remote or onsite (Installation and commissioning, maintenance, repair, engineering and consulting of mechanical and electrical items of robot system.
• Investigating customer need through professional consulting.
• Ensuring on time delivery of the projects and service requirement. Customer intimacy.
• Following ABB standard on all level and documentation.
• Performing the annual maintenance of robot and equipment standard and non-standard.
• Using service tools for supporting the field service.
