Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Assumes the lead responsibility for summits & initiatives operations, budgeting, planning & execution.
  • Leading all functions that operates under the summit (ie; Operations, Business development, Marketing, communication)
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for long and short term objectives.
  • Leading the development and the growth in terms of operation, team and business development.
  • Links the cross-functional teams with each other, make sure all people are in same picture.
  • Have solid knowledge plus experience in business development in terms of sponsorship packages creating, planning for sales, proposal writing, client pitching.
  • Have solid experience in partnerships & communications to connect the summit with external entities in different places.
  • Ensuring all sponsors, partners, potential clients are integrated and achieve their business objectives.
  • Insures that every partnership aligns with summit values and vision.
  • Have solid facilitation techniques and community building sense and knowledge.
  • Have solid knowledge in event management and events production.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, PR or Business Administration.
  • Background in digital events.
  • Public speaking skills.
  • Certified PMP or MBA.
  • Event managements & Community building background.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
