Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Assumes the lead responsibility for summits & initiatives operations, budgeting, planning & execution.
- Leading all functions that operates under the summit (ie; Operations, Business development, Marketing, communication)
- Develop and execute strategic plans for long and short term objectives.
- Leading the development and the growth in terms of operation, team and business development.
- Links the cross-functional teams with each other, make sure all people are in same picture.
- Have solid knowledge plus experience in business development in terms of sponsorship packages creating, planning for sales, proposal writing, client pitching.
- Have solid experience in partnerships & communications to connect the summit with external entities in different places.
- Ensuring all sponsors, partners, potential clients are integrated and achieve their business objectives.
- Insures that every partnership aligns with summit values and vision.
- Have solid facilitation techniques and community building sense and knowledge.
- Have solid knowledge in event management and events production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, PR or Business Administration.
- Background in digital events.
- Public speaking skills.
- Certified PMP or MBA.
- Event managements & Community building background.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
