Job Description
- Working within the Production Engineering department developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing operation. Working as part of the product introduction team. Ensuring all plant and equipment is fully operational. Lead production projects
- Ensure production processes operate correctly at all times
- Generate and update work instructions
- Compliance with Health & Safety requirements
- Production operator training
- Ensure all plant and equipment operates in accordance with required standards, liaison with contractors
- Support company production requirements at all times
- Support product updates and new product introduction
