Job Description

  • Driving payment on time to vendors KPI
  • Enforcing adherence to Payment process
  • Training of business in new tools and process
  • Review and monitoring of Vendor reconciliations
  • Balance sheet accountability for accruals
  • Supporting business through time of critical change
  • FCA and SOX Testing and working with Cap Gemini (outsource company ) where required;
  • Reporting tracker to Finance Head on all items;
  • External Audit contact point; Testing tracker and visibility; manage any deficiencies to resolution ensuring Controller and all senior managers are aware and relevant team are accountable;
  • Control Health check manage meetings and resolution of tickets; additional controls testing;
  • Controls Dashboard updated and resolve actions;
  • Controls testing for Finance;
  • Implement new Global projects; Adhoc actions;
  • support to Controller and Finance teams on Controls;
  • FR Team Lead - Manage FR Team and all the FR Team's deliverables.
  • Key contact point for OC team and manage service delivery of OC and CG & IBM teams. Support FM and Controller.
  • Financial Accountants - Pension; all Global reporting (V100/V800, Tax, Pension); BS hygiene; SCOA; accounting accuracy; tax comps (current and deferred) and all reporting submissions; Royalties (service fees); OP to Local; PA/FI or MR/FR reconciling and balancing P&L; Audit requests; Statutory reports submitted; Annual Financial Statements;
  • IC Creditors balancing and monitoring balances;
  • Define and access credit worthiness of customer.
  • Review and monitor existing credit worthiness.
  • Assisting Finance/Teams on GL allocations; Trintech; BMC; BS Reconciliations and hygiene;
  • System knowledge is essential
  • Tax knowledge in KSA regarding withholding tax and corporate tax would be a plus.

Team Development and Learning:

  • Lead a team of Four direct reports and oversee their development and training requirements.
  • Act as the focal point for best practice sharing across the KSA Business Unit

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in core accounting jobs is required
  • Experience of variance analysis and reconciliations
  • Intermediate excel required
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Ability to grasp things quickly is essential
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Inclination to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in a team
