Job Description

Egyptian Saudi international Company for HR Consulting, Recruitment, Outsourcing and Training

Accredited by HRCI, PMI, ACB and Ain Shams University

Requires for its Individual Training and Courses Department

A Training TeleSales Coordinator

  • Selling company Accredited courses and training programs, Specially HRCI Accredited Programs (APHR, APHRi, PHR, PHRi, SPHR, SPHRi, and GPHR)
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our Courses and training using scripts via Phone, mail, and Social Media.
  • Generate new customer accounts to increase revenue, by cold-calling.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions.
  • Coordinate customer registration and scheduling.
  • Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.

Job Requirements

Our Sales Hero should:

  • Hold a Bachelor degree.
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in Training and courses Telesales
  • Fresh graduates who have various student activities experience are welcome to Apply.
  • Previous Experience selling HRCI Accredited Programs (APHR, APHRi, PHR, PHRi, SPHR, SPHRi and GPHR) is preferable.
  • Have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection and criticism
  • Outstanding listening skills, time management and persuasion with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Males are preferable.
