Job Description

  • General duties in support of the research in the R&D Department Lab based.
  • The preparation of materials and equipment for R&D hands on.
  • Developing and managing experiment designs and plans and reviewing content quality.
  • Prepare technical training material, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses.
  • Provide a sophisticated level of customer service and technical support.
  • Provide exceptionally competent phone and email support to our customers.
  • Track customer complaints and guide the product application.
  • Develops an operating plan and develops strategic objectives that support the company's research and development strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology.
  • Minimum One years of experience.
  • Patience and self-motivation.
  • A positive response to pressure.
  • Good command in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
