Job Description

  • Proficient Secretarial Services
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed
  • Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly
  • Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
  • Data Entry
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
  • Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Admin., or in other secretarial position
  • Excellent Command of MS Office (Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook….)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to multitask
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
