Job Description
- Adhere to SHE policies and requirements in all site activities.
- control several aspects of fleet maintenance such as analyzing, forecasting and planning maintenance requirements in the future.
- Lead a team of technicians to maximize their performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical support to all cooling supervisors and technicians across all branches.
- Monitor long term maintenance programs and make sure that mandatory items are included to ensure that vehicles operate normally
- ensuring that vehicle maintenance is performed at the right time and at the right place while minimizing delays and failures.
- Plan and organize periodic maintenance & annual renewal.
- Have control over technical store, review spare parts availability and needs in order to place POs and avoid any stock shortage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in fleet Maintenance.
- Must Have an experience in Maintenance Mercedes Actros .
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast -pace environment
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
