Job Description
Executive SECRETARY - FF&E
- Candidate will be reporting to a company Managing director "and only top-caliber will be considered."
- Department: Procurement (FF&E) & Office Administration
- organize and archive libraries with material resources and pricing comparisons.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with a reputed companies or organizations "Preferred similar industry"
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experienced and mature, age 25-35
- Excellent written and oral Arabic & English communication with efficient interpersonal skills.
- Well experienced in MS Office packages, particularly excel with good numerical abilities.
- Obsessive attention to detail, particular in approach.
- Ability to organize and archive libraries with material resources and pricing comparisons.
- Knowledge of materials (primarily FF&E and Soft Furnishing items for this role), suppliers and general workings of the furniture industry.
- Skillful negotiation with vendors (local and overseas), supply-chain (order) management and tracking.
- Knowledge and handling logistics.
- Hard-working, effective and regular follow up.
- Mastery of diligent, effective and regular follow up.
- Material knowledge and effective inter-departmental coordination during the running of a turnkey project (usually hospitality related) – i.e. coordination and troubleshooting between procurement, factory, production, and sites. A proactive, alert, systematic, careful candidate is required.
