Job Description

  • Organize and Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Prepare the social insurance documents
  • Conduct phone screening and Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Assistant the manager to complete daily work.
  • Supervise administrative staff including office boys
  • Responsible for company’s facilities
  • Following up and managing the security, Maintenance and the cleaning teams.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator,Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (Speaking, writing, Listening)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
