Job Description
- Organize and Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
- Update internal databases with new hire information.
- Prepare the social insurance documents
- Conduct phone screening and Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Assistant the manager to complete daily work.
- Supervise administrative staff including office boys
- Responsible for company’s facilities
- Following up and managing the security, Maintenance and the cleaning teams.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator,Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Fluent in English & Arabic (Speaking, writing, Listening)
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
